Physical activities

Very unexpected combination: sandals and a trench coat. But it looks great!

Physical activities

Postby Karl » Sat Mar 06, 2010 2:56 pm

In here we will update each other on what physical/wholesome labor we've performed lately, like yesterday I boxed for the first time in ages, but it doesn't have to be training related, just involving some type of extra physical work, i e. Fat Boy Stu mowing the lawn by night wearing his NVG.

Early Saturday morning, about 4 AM: I made a futile attempt to knock over this huge massive sandbox outside a pub while drunk, it was frozen to the ground but I am sure it weighed close to a ton anyway.

Saturday morning, 11 AM: I skipped rope for 20 minutes or so after having had a minor liquid breakfast.

Great submit, Little Andy, I was going to add a song as well that I listen to while I skip rope, but I couldn't find the right remix on youtube so I just dropped it.

I've been digging my work van out of snowed-in dirt tracks and wading through waist-high snow every day for weeks now.

After I get up every morning I usually try to do 30 minutes (give or take) on my elliptical.

I like watching tv before I go to bed at night and I usually sit on the floor and do a bunch of yoga positions to stretch out my entire body. I always use my stomach muscles when holding those poses at 30 second intervals.

I went swimming for the first time in years 3 days ago. I pretty much just doggie paddled for 30 minutes.

I played Wii fit yesterday.

This morning I ejaculated in my pants while dry humping my gf, first time I've ever succeeded with this, but hopefully not the last.

To be honest I'll prob never do it again.

I had an exhausting weekend of gaming. I have DOMS in my thumbs and a callous on my left middle finger. My eyes ache. I have manboobs.

Hey guys on Tuesday I continued my program and did:

broad jumps 8 x 3 (distance estimate 2.4m)
split legged squats 3 x 10
swiss ball leg curl 3 x 12
swiss ball crunch 3 x 15

About 1 hour after my calves were extremely painful. This could be because I was jumping on concrete or not used to the activity. on this day my abs ached when I sneezed, calf pain still present but not as bad and my biceps still pained even though its been 2 days.

ok!

on this day i went grocery shopping with my girlfriend, and was pushing the big heavy trolly around(which had a fucked up front wheel) and pretending like it was easy to push and turn, even though i was actually finding it moderately difficult. and i carried lots of beers around, but i'll be drinking them later
